Questions & Answers

How do I request a quote?

The easiest way is to fill out the form on this page and attach your drawings, CAD files, or any reference documents you have. The more detail you can share upfront, the faster we can turn around an accurate quote. We’ll follow up quickly to discuss your project.

We work with most standard formats — STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF drawings. If you’re not sure what you have, send it anyway and we’ll sort it out.

Lead times vary depending on part complexity, material availability, and our current schedule. We’re upfront about timing from the start so you can plan accordingly. Contact us and we’ll give you a realistic estimate for your specific job.

No hard minimums. We work on everything from single prototype parts to ongoing production runs. If the job is a fit for our shop, we’ll take it on.

We work with a wide range of metals including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, tool steel, and more. If you have a specific material requirement, let us know and we’ll confirm whether it’s something we run.

Yes. Our HAAS VF-9 has an 84″ X-travel, which puts us in a range that most shops can’t handle. If you’ve been told a part is “too big,” it’s worth asking us.
